Please note: Our offices will be closed on Saturday, July 4. You can still access funds from any of our 30,000+ free ATMs.
Overall, our members love family time on the 4th. Eating with family is a close second. Fireworks ranks in the top 3 of traditions. From kayaking to horseshoes to darts and beach time, we all take the time to celebrate with “together time.” The Abercrombie family shares special memories of their father-in-law who passed away on the 3rd of July. They gather together graveside, light a lantern and let balloons go for remembrance.
There are bonfires and picnics, camping and lake time traditions. The Courtney family designs their own T-shirts!
Our members are also celebrating quite a few birthdays on the 4th. And there are members who are working. Thanks to all of you who keep the stores open for more s’more supplies!
For one Consumers family member, this year marks a very special time. Her son is heading to Marine Corps Boot Camp, so they are celebrating with knowledge of his service to our country. We thank you Munson Family!
Whatever you do this weekend, stay safe and enjoy the freedoms we have. Take a moment to remember those who made our freedom possible, and thank those who continue to make it possible.
