Here in West Michigan, the leaves are beginning to turn colors, and the kids are back in school. Before we know it, the holidays will be here again. This is the time of year when we reflect on the accomplishments we’ve made since January and lay the groundwork to continue forward in the months to come. This year, we’ve put a strong focus on the infrastructure and technology enhancements that make managing your money more convenient. Our popular Bill Pay service is now available on mobile banking, in addition to online. We’ve simplified the online mortgage application process, and made it more convenient to complete certain loan documents by secure email. I look forward to sharing the enhancements currently in development as they launch, including a new credit builder program for those looking to build or improve their credit.
