Change Is Hard. Convenient Online and Mobile Access Makes It Easier.

Girl with PhoneAre you tired of banks changing names, services, or just plain closing? Consumers has been serving West Michigan for over sixty years, and while we’ve seen many other financial institutions change hands, names, and policies, our mission has stayed the same. Our goal has always been to provide quality, innovative products and services that contribute to the economic and social well-being of our membership.

One of the ways we do this is by continually evaluating our online and mobile banking systems so that you enjoy convenient 24/7 access to your accounts. If you’re looking to make the change to Consumers, let us help you make the transition easier in the office, on the phone, online, and on-the-go.

Online Banking

All Consumers members enjoy free Online Banking and Bill Pay. It’s easy to manage your money, transfer funds between your accounts and to other members, and make your loan payments online. And with Bill Pay, you won’t need stamps or paper checks to take care of your bills or transfer funds to another person. Learn more here.

Coming soon: A more streamlined transfer menu to make transferring to other people or outside accounts even simpler.

Mobile Banking

Access your accounts on-the-go with Mobile Banking. Our smartphone and tablet friendly website puts all the features you love in Online Banking (including Bill Pay!) right at your fingertips. Simply visit ConsumersCU.org from your smartphone or tablet. Want to learn more? Check out our Mobile Banking FAQs.

Coming soon: Our mobile app will give you all the options of mobile banking plus the convenience of remote check deposit. Make deposits right from your device’s camera!

TextBanking

Consumers TextBanking is an easy and convenient way to access your accounts anywhere. This secure service enables you to view your account balances and activity right from your cell phone. Once you’ve registered your device, there’s no need to pull up our website to check on your money—your account information is only a text away! Learn more here.
