Consumers Credit Union’s members recently rewarded the credit union with high marks for great service. Results from the latest member satisfaction survey report show that members appreciate banking with staff they know and trust.
“Our competitive advantage is high customer intimacy,” says Kit Snyder, CEO. “It starts with hiring the right people who have a passion for serving our members. We then provide our employees with the right training and tools necessary for their success. Our company culture empowers employees to provide excellent, member focused service at every level.”
This methodology has shown outstanding results. The credit union’s most recent member survey, conducted in the fall of 2013, reports that 98.1% of members surveyed are very satisfied or satisfied with the service they receive at Consumers. A record 85.5% reported being very satisfied with the credit union’s service.
Say this year’s survey respondents:
“I just want to reiterate the outstanding customer service I have received from Consumers Credit Union over the past six years (since I have lived an hour away).”
“The ladies there make me feel like family. They care.”
“I have dealt with them for both business and personal banking needs, and as our relationship grows, I find myself using them for more and more of my banking needs.”
While the high member satisfaction rate has contributed to the credit union’s consistent growth above peer numbers, Snyder adds, “It’s not always about the numbers. Our satisfaction levels remain high because of our commitment to our talented employees, loyal members, and the communities we serve.”
